I am very pleased with the personal and professional service that I've received with Brad at Brandon Insurance. For the last 2 years, Brad has been the agent for my home insurance policy. At renewal this year, I asked Brad to also shop for an auto policy for my wife and I. He took the time to learn what we were looking for, shop around, narrowed down the search, then provided detailed drafts of policies that we could review and compare. I am very happy with the rates and coverage for my policies and I like the fact that all paper work was done electronically. I would highly recommend Brandon Insurance as a one stop if you are looking for auto or home insurance.

I would give negative stars if I could. This company was great for 2 years and then completely screwed me and plenty others! The insurer they use (citizens) even made it on the news recently for screwing others as well. They did a yearly inspection and said my house was “non-livable” because my kitchen and bathroom were in the process of being remodeled. They said because of this they were going to drop me or have it complete in 2 weeks and we will renew you. (If anyone knows construction you know it never gets done on the deadline so I paid extra money to have it completed in only 2 weeks). I asked multiple times “are you sure if I finish it you will renew me because I don’t want to spend all this money just to find out I can’t be”. They said yes just get it done and we can renew you. So

Most of the other insurance agents would not give me the time of day and quoted me ridiculously high prices. But luckily my agent at Brandon insurance, Adam K, was able to negotiate me an insurance price beyond my expectations. Not a single company even came close to his price. On top of that, he recommended even more savings I could earn by making a few adjustments to the house. I’ve already received a refund check due to some of these suggestions.
