Our van broke down in the middle of pigeon forge due to a faulty part mechanic installation before leaving. Brandon showed up was knowledgeable found the issue and offered to fix it. When I explained the part had just been replaced Brandon researched the job and even called my mechanic to advocate for us to have them tow the vehicle back which they did. Brandon is a great guy!

Brandon was very helpful and professional. This was a very last minute situation where we needed a Camshaft Sensor replaced. We are only on vacation for 4 days total and he came out and fixed it on the second day. He saved the rest of our vacation and to say we are grateful is an understatement. If you have your check engine light on, get a diagnostic check at your local O’Reilly and give him a call. Thank you Brandon!

Let me make this perfectly clear. He told me multiple times that his guy was on his way. I don't know what happened. My wife and I have been stranded since yesterday. I had one mechanic try to take my starter off couldn't do it. Then today around 4pm I get ahold of Brandon. He told me at the beginning that if he did the job that he or his guy would go get the starter. Which I was perfectly fine with that. He told me that his guy would call me in a few minutes. His guy called me around 4:15pm and said he was on his way. Brandon and I kept in contact the whole time until around 4:30pm. Now it's 7:15pm and my wife and I are still stranded and since the last time Brandon and I talked at 4:30pm he has ghosted me. He won't answer my calls,my texts, my voicemails. We have a rental car company in NC, we had a van in Pigeon Forge break down with bad alternator. I found Brandon on google, called him and he had the van repaired in less than 2 hours from call. Great communication, fair price for last minute help on a Friday. I recommend Brandon for anyone in or traveling in that area.

Visiting the area for the holiday with family and on our last night my car start leaking oil everywhere. Brandon was able to get someone out to me the next morning to handle a big job for us. Oil cooler was leaking and intake had to come off. Hours later we were back up and running. We were able to make the 6 hour drive back home with no problems. Very thankful!
