From start to finish, they were super helpful and professional. They handled everything with Progressive on my behalf, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, and they kept me regularly updated throughout the entire repair process. I always felt in the loop and knew exactly what was going on with my car. The communication and customer service were top-notch. Highly recommend them if you want quality work and an stress-free experience.

Hit a deer and had a significant amount of damage that needed to be repaired. Never used them before and decided to give them a shot. So happy I did. They used all certified parts and showed the receipts to prove it. Super honest and transparent about the whole process. Customer service was phenomenal. During the entire process, I interacted with at least six people at different times and every single person was Super nice and willing to help. Not just myself but overheard their interactions with other customers everyone was given stellar customer service. Quality of work of the finished job was outstanding. By far the best experience I’ve ever had an auto body shop. This place is legit. If you don’t believe me give them a try and you will see for yourself.

Steve at Brandywine Coach Works was a pleasure to work with. He kept me well informed of the progress to the repairs on my car. There were some parts that were hard to find and back ordered for two months, but he ended up being able to find them elsewhere and had the car completed faster than expected. The car was positively spotless inside and out when I picked it up - I have never seen it that clean. It looks as good as new where the repairs were done.

This is the second time I’ve used Brandywine Coachworks. One time was probably 15 years ago and was also a great experience and outcome. Just had to take our beloved minivan here after my husband drove the side of it into our garage with the slider door open. It was a pretty big repair and everything was handled seamlessly and stress free. Our minivan is back to its original condition almost better since they also detailed it well! Very pleased. Beyond satisfied with the quality of work, and the customer service. From the very first phone call, my experience was great. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, courteous , and professional. I felt very welcomed when I walked in to drop my vehicle off. I was consistently provided with progress/status updates throughout the entire repair process. The staff coordinated with Enterprise, and my rental vehicle was already at the shop and ready for me when I dropped my vehicle off. I cannot say enough good things about Brandywine Coach Works. I highly recommend this shop, you will not be disappointed. I would not hesitate to bring another vehicle to them, should I need their services again. Top notch shop!
