Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I don’t know if enterprise changed their policies or if this is just an exceptionally run location but I have never had an easier or more pleasant car rental experience. Such friendly people and everything was seamless. Thank you!

Know that if you book a Reservation, this branch considers it an "optional reservation" on their end. Reserved an SUV for pick up on a Monday morning. They accepted my reservation. I show up the next morning and am told they do not have an SUVs, and my only options are a large pickup truck (not great for driving and parking in the area of the city I am going to, or a minivan (both are free "upgrades"), or I can take a matchbox-sized car, which was my only other option, which I had to take to make my meetings. The Branch Manager kept saying "I am saying" in a monotone I don't care voice while not even looking me in the eye or acknowledging he messed up or trying to actually make it right. This is my first time using this location, Emily was the person who assisted me during my last minute reservation. She was amazing and got me into a vehicle and on my way quickly while making sure I had the necessary coverage. I greatly appreciate customer service like that, I drove past 2 other locations but Emily has made this experience one I don’t mind driving the extra distance for. I hope she gets recognized the way she deserves.

I was given my rental with an empty gas tank and was told it was a 1/4 of a tank and then filled it on the way home and then later was informed that I’m not going to be reimbursed for the $22.30 I spent to fill it. I’ll never use Enterprise again and will tell all my friends and family not to use them either
