Wave Car Wash

I’ve taken two different cars to this car wash and both times. I was very disappointed and the quality of the wash. It just doesn’t wash very good. Almost seems like it’s rushing you through and it doesn’t really get the car well. The black car is from Sunday (yesterday) around 11 am . The green/gray is early in the week. I’ll keep using the car wash just thought you should see the results. Gave them another try and the car wash seems slower and really cleaned my car well.

Hello i went to this location on Wednesday 6-19-24 Un aware that they closed at 7:00 pm. The attendant help me with my transaction never said Ms. we close in 10 mins. Let me go through the wash when i attempt to vacuum my car. A worker came up to me and said we close at 7:00 and if you don’t leave the gates will close and lock you in. So i said i just came through you should have said something to me. I wouldn’t have got my car wash. So then i said I’m going to have to come back another day and vacuum my car he said yeah. So today. I stop back at the car was and speak to someone that claimed to be the manager to express my concern. He was so ignorant, I had to walk away from him because he was not understanding what I was trying to say instead of saying you know what Miss I am so sorry her

I’m really glad I switched to this car wash! Their monthly wash club is super easy to use and perfect for anyone with wide tires — no tracks to worry about, which makes the whole process a breeze. The vacuums are powerful and do a great job, which I really appreciate. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had any problems here. Honestly, my only wish is that the wash club had an option to add drying — that would make it perfect. But even without that, the convenience, quality, and great customer service keep me coming back.

Sam gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He was attentive, patient, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. Every question I had, he answered clearly, and he never made me feel rushed. What really impressed me was how he went out of his way to make sure everything was handled properly. His professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and pleasant one. I walked away feeling valued as a customer, and that was all thanks to Sam. Will definitely be coming back here for sure!

Best car wash from West Chester to North Wilmington. They do a great job. I have both of my cars in their memberships program.
