Amazing experience! I got a flat tire and they plugged the hole in just a few minutes. Alex and the staff were quick, kind, and easy to talk to. I had my one-year-old daughter with me, and they made sure we were both comfortable the entire time. The shop was very clean and well organized. Pricing was fair, and the service was both convenient and friendly. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone!

I have trusted Leader Sunoco Service with all oil changes/rotations, safety/emission inspections; new tire mounting, and intermittent mechanical troubleshooting of our two family cars for more than three years and they have never let me down. I have two years of client service with these guys and am so psyched that they moved back to this Chadd’s Ford location. I honestly have never had more courteous or more informative service. The manager literally wrote down 4 different tire options and the prices for me on a day when they were pretty busy. Amazing. They won’t do anything without checking in with you first by phone. And, they are just fine performing the cheaper option or no option as well - you’d think this is common sense, but I’ve been shocked before at the bill and what was performed at other area mechanics. And also kudos for Val! She is great as their front desk person and she really knows her car stuff as well. The mechanics (who, are obviously fabulous!) are also courteous - very important for a non-car pers

You can trust these guys. Consistent and solid service. We've been using them for 20+ years. They'll do the little things that don't get mentioned In a review. For example, I just took my car in for inspection and brakes. They noticed my front bumper, wasn't lined-up correctly (it's been driving me nuts for months, as I would always have to give it a little push to make the seam align). I was walking by the car the other day and realized they fixed it and put a clip and didn't charge or even mention it. It's exactly who they are and how they do business.
