Currently going through a lawsuit with this company. I have spent over $4500.00 and my F350 King Ranch Diesel truck is still inoperable which is still located at their shop. This company had my truck over 7 months and I had to bring it back twice for repairs. I tried to get my truck from their shop, but Paul Branham charged me for another diagnose which should have been done correct the first time. I had driven my truck maybe 2 weeks out of the 7 months this shop has had my truck. I am a combat veteran and never experienced anything like this with an auto repair shop. Thank God me and my son did not have an accident on that busy Ft. Hood street when the truck shutdown.
There's good reason we've been doing business with Paul & his shop for over 25 years. Thank you so much.
