We can't say enough about our experience with Auto Mall we have bought many vehicles here and will continue to! Having purchased 3 vehicles from the Auto Mall in the past I reached out on a truck that I was interested in. Initial contact was great, I got a phone call almost immediately after I inquired online. After that there was a serious breakdown in communication. Now almost 3 weeks later and I never received a trade number on my truck or a number on their truck (to be upfitted with a truck body). Zero communication along the way and no response from salesman or sales manager after multiple calls texts and emails. No idea what happened but it's not sustainable if they want to stay in business.
