Breeze Thru Car Wash - Dell Range

I paid $10 for a basic car wash today and the wash cycle barely ran. It looked like the equipment was not fully turned on or the cycle was shortened. When I brought it to the attendant’s attention and asked if they could simply run the wash again, they refused. Instead, they repeatedly tried to get me to sign up for their $15/month membership. I understand businesses want recurring customers, but refusing to correct a service that clearly didn’t run properly is unacceptable. A simple rewash would have taken a couple of minutes and shown basic customer respect. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like one-time customers are treated poorly if they don’t sign up for the monthly plan. I hope management sees this and improves their customer service for future customers.

PLEASE READ! I was excited when the car wash reopened after getting upgrades to their drive through washing equipment. I have a monthly pass and was happy to be able to go back to my regular location. The first time through the “new wash” my 2 door Jeep Wrangler suffered some very unfortunate damage!! The car wash seemed to be moving a little too fast, and somewhat out of control, while we were being pulled through and as a result the brushes tore off my antenna and the housing for it and it literally shattered the back passenger window! The attendants had to stop the machines and have me drive through without finishing the wash. To say that I was devastated, would be putting it mildly. I went in for my routine wash i do weekly for my car. And i had heard amazing things about this car wash specifically, so i really wanted to try it out and i was so excited about my experience. I was beyond let down. Let down would be putting it mildly. When i drove up i was met with what almost felt like distain, i was in the first lane, and when my window was rolled down (i had come up i guess mid conversation) so when i rolled my window down i had heard some vulgar language, and i was beyond disgusted considering that i had my 11 year old in the car with me. First time in Breeze Thru car wash. Very friendly greaters at entrance. Lots of brushes & soap once you get your car inside. I loved the free powerful vacuums.
