Good facility overall, but it sure would be nice to have water/coffee stations in main lobby area or adjacent. Dehydration is a serious problem for seniors, including us visitors! ;-)

Note: almost all these stellar reviews are people taking tours of the facility and not actual residents or have a direct relationship with the assisted living part. Let's be honest, independent living is great, those residents don't really need anything. What's important is the care a resident receives on the assisted living side. My loved one lived there for almost 2 years and always in assisted living. It was very challenging to say the least. The people who work on the assisted living side, it's a job for them, not a career. They do the bare minimum and nothing is proactive. But that seems to be the trend for all assisted living facilities. I paid $13k a month and I had to manage her care way to much. Very pleased. Visit was pleasant, informative, Brightview is impressive. Donna did an outstanding tour, explanation was articulate and pertinent to my requirements.

Visiting friends for happy hour was great. Enjoyed the alcohol free Chardonnay and met lots of friends even unexpected old ones that we hadn’t seen in ages.

Great staff and very friendly, from the front desk to the caregivers. A great place for seniors. Very clean and modern looks. Definitely one of the best for senior living.
