was in the process of buying a vehicle from them and my bank was talking with them as well and we had the paperwork going and almost completed with the bank and had the paperwork going at the dealer and then they sell it right out underneath me and did not ask for down payment or anything was very unsatisfied with how they did that to me and they have lost a customer cause of they way they did that to me do not recommend doing business with this dealer

Overall, a terribly disappointing experience. The night before I had a vehicle all picked out, but it was already sold. Turns out, the online inventory isn't updated often, so the majority of the vehicles I looked at on their website didn't exist. Nevertheless, I looked around, saw a couple potential options, but the salesperson didn't seem terribly eager to help. Once he realized I was using Kelly Blue Book to get an idea of the value of various models, the salesperson seemed offended, standoffish, & began grumbling & muttering to himself as he walked away. Ignoring how unprofessional that salesperson was, a good salesperson knows how to work with the customer, overcome objections, & find the right product for them. That was not my experience here. Horrible. I purchased my car here, came preapproved, knew exactly what I wanted upon arrival, easy sale. When I picked up my car a couple of days later as I was working and didn't have the time to make the trip, it was not cleaned, had to go back, and they left their flags and sign equipment in my trunk. After taking it on the highway I noticed my right mirror was extremely loose, vibrating to the point that I couldn't use it. I called 3 weeks straight. Left voicemails, spoke with the owner a number of times. They never called me back, I had it fixed elsewhere as it was a driving/saftey hazard. I purchased my car in November of 2018, never heard back, no follow up. I regret purchasing my car here and would never recommend them to anyone. If I could put negative stars I would. To update
