Brite WorX Car Washery

On Saturday 02/21/26 I went to this location on the corner of Clayton and Baxter to get my car washed. I purchased a membership because I have found that I am in there every week before work. I went around the corner to enter the wash, the attendant signaled me to move forward so I did. He kept motioning to move forward. When I got onto the belt as directed to by the attendant my car gave a subtle jerk and was pulled into the car in front of me. The entire time I was trying to stop, the attendant just stared at me saying stop. It took another employee coming out of the building pushing or turning off something that shut everything down to stop my car being pushed into the other vehicle. They offer specials to get you on the lot but they don’t honor them. I saw the sign on my way to work and decided to detour. They told me, “yeah sorry we’re not doing it, we should have changed the sign days ago. No accountability! No compassion! Club Car Wash is right across the street, I’ll spend my money there.

Great car wash. Their detailing is awesome and it last for days. Vaccune is free. But no cloth to wipe out thats only concern otherwise excellent.

I chose ‘The Works’ option after the recent snow left my car dirty and covered in salt. The wash did an excellent job restoring my car’s shine and removing all the grime. The process was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My car looks spotless, and the attention to detail is impressive. Definitely worth it! 5/5 stars!”

A good value for a single car monthly subscription wash however I wish they had an option where I could subscribe all cars in my family to a single account under a single fee and gain a discount without having to have the same individual fee across multiple cars.
