Broadway Hand Car Wash

I had not been to this place in years, but I happened to drive by and pulled in. They hand-washed my 2018 Lexus 350 rx and did a great job. They were very nice, so I asked them about detailing my 2006 Tundra truck. I had just had it painted and wanted to really have a nice detail done on the interior, wheels, wells, and so forth. The owner looked it over, listened to what I wanted, and gave me a price. Ouch! But it was about what I had paid another company in the past. Jeff (the owner) assured me that his workers had been there for many years and do good work and that he had owned the business for more than 30 years. I loved the service the men who cleaned my car were very nice and I can tell they are hardworking I tipped them for the great job I love seeing my car shiny and looking brand new again! I’ve gotten so many compliments already!!!

Been going here for the last 3 years with either an SUV or pickup truck. For some reason today when I brought my pickup in and only did the diamond package which only $24.99 the owner charges me an extra $35! What?! I understand there is an additional cost for larger trucks, but $35? Really? Total rip off. Plus the owner says that what they charge...huh your the owner. He's just making things up. This is my last visit to this car was...over priced.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for over than a year. Even though their prices are not the best. This time i came and I paid 30$ for the diamond wash which includes a wheel wash and shine as I always do. I told the owner that i need my wheels to be really clean and he told me i have to pay extra 5$ per wheel to get it cleaned from inside and outside. I agreed and paid 50$ in total. When the car was done, my wheels were not too clean from outside and super dirty from inside. I told the owner about it and he told me my wheels are rusty from inside so they couldn’t clean it . While he was talking to me he took a towel and started wiping from inside and all the dirt is getting cleaned without any hard pressure.
