Brookdale Manlius

Our family has been so happy with the care our Mother receives at Brookdale Manlius. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They really make it feel like a home for the residents.

I have over two years of experience dealing with this Brookdale location. I can assure you, they are more concerned about their Stickley furniture investment than they are about the food they serve their residents. Two years of regular, ongoing billing issues and charges for services not received. Intentional? Or incompetence? It’s hard to say. And then one day, the “care manager” decided my mother had “given up” and they were no longer equipped to care for her. We were given 5 days to move out and find another place for her to live. Not easy with virtually no notice. On top of it all, we were forced to pay for the removal of furniture that we didn’t own. And -surprise- mom lived for another 2 years- so I guess she hadn’t “given up” after all. At that time, they must have found an anoth

Brookdale is an amazing place for my parents. This is their home and they absolutely love living there. The staff is awesome and their care is pristine!

I was at the doctor's office today and someone from your facility left a 97 year old women at the doctors unattended for over an hour. The poor women was waiting for her ride, and was crying she wanted to go home. That is unacceptable. I hope someone tells her family.

My parents both reside there and are very content. The care they receive is excellent.
