They took my inspection appt without delay, and got it done promptly, much to my relief. I know they don’t make money on these. A very pleasant experience.

I called to ask about repairing a tire with a nail and was quoted $29 for the repair. However, when I arrived, I was told that Tesla requires a lift pad. I didn’t have one, but the technician said it wasn’t a problem and that they could still lift the car. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. Since the shop is nearby, I was even planning to schedule an appointment with them to check the parking sensor issue on my other car. But when I saw the bill, it was $105, which was far beyond my expectations. It was just a simple plug repair, and they didn’t even remove the tire. The staff worked with our schedule on repairing a slow leak in our tire, repaired it and the price was very reasonable! They are always great to work with. And I appreciate having someone reliable to repair our vehicle - truck, car whatever.

I took my wheel down for a slow leak and I had a donut on, was told they would put it inside a water chamber so the leak could be identified, was told $29 to have them fix it, and mount it back on. Got a call about 3hrs later saying “If you can be here in 15 minutes we can put it on” so I rushed down there within 5 mins, to sit and wait 15 minutes before they touched my car. Got the bill and it was $100!!! They said the valve stem was leaking so they replaced it, balanced the wheel ($45!!!?) and mounted it($25 even tho the tire was OFF the car because AAA put the donut on the day before). I said it and recorded a video of the conversation and went on my way. I swear to God I got in my car and my TMPS sensor said 29/40psi. Drove around for a little bit and it kept leaking.
