Manlius Car Wash 2.0

I’m a regular customer at Manlius Car Wash 2.0 and it never disappoints. The tunnel wash always does an amazing job! My car comes out sparkling clean every time. I love that I can count on it to actually look spotless when I drive away. The whole place is super clean and well maintained, which says a lot. It’s quick, easy, and consistently great. That’s why I keep coming back!

Overall quite happy with touch free car wash service. If they eventually have an unlimited monthly package for a fee (I usually wash my car weekly so now I have to purchase 5X package to get 1X free) or add undercarriage wash service in winter that will be even better!

After trying this car-wash and having a slight problem with the wash, I contacted the owner using the number given on-site. A response was immediate. I discovered that the current owner took over recently. He has made a lot of improvements and is serious about customer service and making sure his customers are happy. An A+ rating can be given to any company when things go smoothly. It's when there is a problem or question to respond to that the real A+ businesses can really shine. This owner went out of his way to respond to me, he answered all my questions, and he set up an appointment on-site to meet with me to ensure that the issue was corrected and I was happy with the outcome. I came to the car wash today without a physical card or cash.y car had already entered through the gate . I panicked. Wouldn’t let me back out. I called the number on the board. Jeff, the owner, answered and gave me a free car wash. He was so helpful and amazing. Stayed with me on the phone to give me instructions and calm me down lol. I recently tried the Touchless Razor Wash, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Not only is it reasonably priced, but it also delivers on its promise of a scratch-free wash. I was impressed by how well it cleaned my vehicle without leaving any marks or scratches. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results, and I'll definitely be returning for future washes.
