He took the time to explain everything going on and also recommended additional services that my vehicle needed. ( i declined them) his customer service is very good. Oil change that turned into being very upset. My car had oil accidentally by employee dumped all over my engine. They said it will burn off as we drive . REALLY. I complained and they did nothing but wanted me to turn around and comeback so they could try and clean oil off. Well I live 3 hrs away

Bern bringing my jeeps here for about 15 years. Never had a problem, staff always QUICK and professional. Joey L. serviced my car last, did a great job. I always recommend the Manlius NY Valvoline!
They were quick and very friendly. There was work being done to the lift on the other side and side of people standing around everyone worked together to get my car done. I really appreciated it
