Excellent service, got my tires on time and they have the wheels in stock. I didn't wait long to get it all done and my salesperson's name was Dilan. Highly recommended.

When it comes to tires this was my favorite store, I would drive 30-40min to Waynesboro to get job done properly. Sadly customer service and quality went down hill!!! What ever they tell you about wait time it is never accurate anymore, you sit there all day waiting on one set of tires install. I brought in a set of wheel needing tires and balance. They left the old adhesive on the wheel, poorly installed the weights and wheels were in some kind of grease. Very unhappy. Not recommending. This were much better when Charlie was there manager.

William and his team were awesome! I called ahead and was immediately recognized even though it was my first time at the store. I needed new tires and wheels so had done my homework but was relieved when William and his team knew everything I was worried about and more. Once the work was finished I could see how much they enjoyed the major improvement both in style and performance. I highly recommend the team there. We had a really positive experience at Discount Tire, Waynesboro, thanks in large part to Ashton and Wesley. We were in the middle of a road trip when we got a flat, and they were the only place able to source the specific tire we needed within 24 hours. That alone was a huge relief. When the replacement tire didn’t arrive as expected, it was understandably stressful, especially being hours away from home, but this is where their professionalism really stood out. Instead of shrugging their shoulders, Ashton and Wesley thought outside the box, worked through alternative options, and stayed calm, courteous, and solution-focused the entire time. I had an awesome experience with Wes at Discount Tire in Waynesboro. He gave me a great deal on four new tires and really went above and beyond to help me out. I have aftermarket racing rims, and the first tire shop I went to didn’t have the special tool needed to change them. They sent me to AutoZone to try to find the tool myself. When I came back, Wes took care of everything—and even threw in the tool for free so I’ll have it if I ever need to change my tire in the future. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service these days. Wes made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for him if you need tires!
