Tom and team provided excellent auto body work at a reasonable price and a quick turnaround. Communication was great as well -- Tom kept me informed throughout the process, from initial quote to insurance filings to service and delivery. Everyone at the shop is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have found Broomfield Collision Center and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local body shop.

It was great doing business with this shop. It's not just that they got the job done and the car is looking quite nice. (Though they did, and it is.) They also accommodated my timeline. I was renting a car while mine was out of action in the shop. They finished job just before my rental agreement expired, which was a great relief to me. Tom is fun to talk with. It's a small thing and it's a big thing. Doing without your vehicle and spending money on repair is a drag. He adds a little entertainment into the mix, which I really appreciated. I loved Tom and Jimmy. They were both so wonderful and accommodating. I was going to take my car in like any normal body shop which would mean I would have a car for a few days. However, I knew that not having my car would affect my work life. I would have to take a couple days off considering I don’t have a second mode of transportation. I told Jimmy this, and he was happy to order the part and have me come in on my day off to get my car fixed. It took a total of 45 minutes for them to fix my side mirror. I had an amazing experience at Broomfield Collision! I was having a horrendous time with insurance, the adjuster I was assigned was god awful and I could not get her to complete an estimate. I want to this shop to get it instead, and submitted it to the insurance to get the process moving myself. Tom was so friendly and personable, he was very thorough and explained everything ( I had a lot of questions ). They took care of everything for me, they hounded the insurance for me, they made sure everything was in place and I didn’t have to do anything else. And their work is amazing! My daughter was in a fender bender on the way to Utah. The car was drivable, so she continued on. The car kept dropping parts along the highway. Broomfield Collision gave us a very fair estimate. They completed the work professionally and in a timely manner. Communication was good, and every time we went to the shop, we were treated well.
