Occasionally it is swept up; however, in-between these infrequent sweepings, it is tracked into the building which causes unsanitary conditions throughout the building. This includes residents’ individual units. • Mold – This is appearing with increased frequency in individual resident units. • Air-condition – These are falling apart and not all are in working order. • No automotive doors – This makes it very difficult in a complex catering to people of retirement age; especially those who have walkers, canes, etc. • Poor snow removal – This i

My sister has lived here for a number of years and the apartments are small but nice. Rent is based on income, so very affordable. A bus service picks up at the door weekly for trips to King Soopers. The location is near shopping and restaurants.
