It's the unexpected stuff that impresses. Now my car took a month to repair, and I 100% understand, because it's a Tesla, and even I know as a consumer that ordering parts from them is a horrendous and mysterious process... given that challenge, not to mention $10,000+ of total damage, I'd say the turnaround time was excellent. I got lots of updates from the team along the way, I even visited the car while the work was in progress, nice team of professionals doing really good work. Sara the administrative professional and Todd the body shop expert specifically. And oh my god, the back half of my 11-year old car looks NEW. Went to Brothers based on recommendation from our mechanic. They took the time to understand our needs. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule so we would have the car back by the beginning of the school year. They kept us apprised of any additional parts that’s were needed and of anticipated completion so we could plan accordingly. Car looks awesome.
