I was involved in a deer strike, and my insurance sent my vehicle to Caliber. Their service was exceptional. A lot of effort was put into making sure my vehicle was repaired correctly, and I’m extremely happy with the results. When insurance companies send vehicle to their own mechanics, you sometimes feel like the work is done for the insurance company rather than the customer. That was not the case with Caliber. They truly work for the customer. Everything was done right, and they used high-quality parts to restore my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service, I was stranded in this town when I was on my long distance road trip. One member went out of his way to drive his personal vehicle 30 miles to the nearest store that had the right tire for my car. I sat in the comfortable lobby and sipped the high quality beverages provided. Amazing!

When I called ahead and explained what I needed, they reassured me right away — “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.” They inspected my vehicle thoroughly, clearly explained what needed attention (and what didn’t), saving me a major unnecessary expense. I called yesterday for tires and alignment and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. They discovered an issue called me and had it fixed in no time at all. Juan and Nick are a great team !!!! Very professional would highly recommend !!!!
