I never leave reviews but I'm leaving this one in hopes that others take it serious. I pride myself in keeping my car pristine. This car wash dented and scratched my vehicle. I called customer service and they said to go to the location and make a report. I did just that and patiently waited to be contacted by management about the case and to review the camera footage. I have not heard from anyone. I know the car wash damaged my vehicle because prior to driving to the car wash my car was parked at my home not driven because I had been sick. I did a full walk around my car prior to driving it and no dent was there before the car wash. Beware of this place they do not take ownership or care about their customers. 100% adore this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I am so grateful to have this car wash close by and I enjoy the monthly pass. Truly the best!!!

Best car wash out there. I’ve been coming here since I was just able to drive a car and no car wash has taken better care of me than them. Jack specifically always makes sure my needs are met and my car is shining the best it can. Highly recommend coming here if you can. Being a car guy I’ve been to plenty and this is definitely the best.

Javier and Caroline were so helpful today they were friendly and got me a great value wash package. I booked a five star detail with them. I am looking forward to continuing to use the services at this location. Best car wash in the area. Car came out spic and span! Also the towel exchange is so convenient
