I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta from this establishment a year ago for my 16 year old son that was on his way to college. For the past 12 months it’s been hell on wheels. The car doesn’t go past 55mph if it does the EPC light turns on and it stalls. A few months (It took me an It took me 3-4 months to go back because I have PD) after purchasing the vehicle I took it back to the dealer to explain the issues and concerns… after bringing out his multimeter which showed absolutely nothing on it, the situation wasn’t resolved. My wife and I purchased a 2015 suburban this morning from Buchanan auto sales. Very professional staff. the car was represented Honestly, the price was extremely fair. I’m not typically someone that is impressed or easily pleased. I do believe this is the first time I’ve given a five star while purchasing a vehicle. The process of buying the vehicle, paperwork and registering it through their staff was quick and easy. They did everything they said they were going to do and I would suggest using them for business.

Bought a vehicle here a few weeks ago from out of state. The price was great and the owners did a fantastic job of sending me detailed photos and videos of the car before I made the long trip to check it out. Upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as they had described. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The owners were super easy to deal with and kind- one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I was in the market for a used truck. I saw a truck on his lot that I liked so I went to buy it the next day. I drove it about a week the check engine light came on. I call Robbie explained what was going on on he told me to bring it back and he would look at it and get it right and that is exactly what he did he communicated the whole time with me. Never once did he lose his professional demeanor. I got my truck back and have not had a bit of an issue. Needless to say anytime I’m in the market for a car Mr Robbie will be the one and only one that Ideal with I am beyond satisfied.

I bought a 2009 suburban and a 2001 Chevy Silverado from Robbie and when I was ready to trade the Silverado he put me in a 2004 GMC Sierra which I still have. From my experience I was treated more than fair and Robbie was always kind, courteous and understanding. Service was quick and easy and I appreciate them very much. Prices are great and the vehicles nice. If it has problems, Robbie will be upfront and honest about it. Thanks guys, loving the truck.
