We were so impressed with the services and follow up that were provided at this site. They worked with us quickly to get a vehicle. They were able to extend our services as we had an unexpected plan. They communicated easily with us and even after leaving items in the vehicle worked with us to get them back such a respectful company that could’ve just denied us so many opportunities.

I walked in already carrying the weight of the world and a dead car. As a single mom of three, when your vehicle gives up, it’s not just inconvenient… it’s a full-blown “Lord, is this a test?” moment. Then I met Sam. Now I’ll be honest at first, I wasn’t sure. I was stressed, overwhelmed, trying to hold it together. When my card wouldn’t work for the rental, I just sat there for a second thinking, But then Sam came back out, saw the stress written all over my face and instead of brushing it off, he leaned in to help. He told me about options through Veridian Credit Union and gently guided me through the process. When I tell you this man was heaven sent, I mean capital-H, choir-singing, sun-beaming-through-the-clouds heaven sent. He didn’t have to care. He didn’t have to take extra time.

This is by far THE BEST Budget/Avis Car Rental I’ve been too. Sam is just incredible. A couple months back he helped out my husband and I a lot and it just goes to show how amazing he is. Seriously if you need to rent a car go see Sam here at Budget and he’ll take care of you. Nice to see that there are still kind, caring, and helpful people in the world today. Seriously no joke, go see Sam if you need to rent a car. You won’t be disappointed

The customer service guy was rude at first meeting and when returning car. After using the car I reported smelling smoke when heater was turned on. He accused me of smoking. Usually I have no issues with the car or employees but from the start he had an attitude. I did have an issue with my card which the bank stated was a reader issue not the card but the employee argued about that. I might use another office or utilize a competitor company. Customer service should not treat customers poorly. As travelers, we have a lot on our minds and don't need to start off with attitude. Just my thoughts.

When I booked it online, it didn't say anything about needing a credit card,deposit, & utility bill. He blamed it on the 3rd party but I feel it's still on them to make customers aware of those details before getting dropped off to get vehicle. And to top it off, the 40$ I paid is non refundable, they made 40$ for absolutely nothing. I wonder how many times a day they screw over people booking thru 3rd party?
