Budget Car Rental

Wonderful staff. We were running late due to accidents on the road and staff was so kind to wait for us after hours. We are appreciate is hard work and patience. Clean place as well in a shopping mall area. We highly recommend them and will use them again!

This was a great rental experience. My first time renting with Budget, we were moving and needed a large truck. When we arrived to pick up, the truck that I reserved was not available, so they accommodated me by upgrading us to a larger size. The pick up and return experience were both exceptional. Staff was friendly. Thank you.

Rashawn and Shabir wet EXTREMELY helpful! My mother is passing away and they did everything in their power to make sure I was able to get a car and get to say my good byes! I have been a regular client of this franchise and have always had an excellent experience with them. They consistently ensure that clients are well taken care of, even going so far as to upgrade bookings across multiple tiers at no additional cost.

Rented a car from them, even paid in advance. Called us 10 minutes before our reservation time to say they don't have any cars available and that they didn't know when they'd get them in. Didn't offer any compensation or a refund. We had to ask them for a full refund only after they tried to offer vehicles 25-30+ minutes away, again with no compensation. Don't rent from here if you want to have an available car. Would give 0 stars if I could
