Budget Car Rental

I use budget every year two vans to go out of state for Christmas. This year was the worst time renting them. We got charged for cleaning fee $477. We washed vacuumed and wiped them down. I didn't even think to take pictures but the pictures they took was a few days after. I called two times they said they would credit my credit card back and still haven't. When you call you get someone who barely speaks English. I'm so upset with budget probably won't rent again. Now got another statement they charged another $450.

Rented an SUV earlier today got a ride over an hour away and got there for them to tell me they have no rental cars. No customer service what so ever they charged my card and they wouldn’t give any assistance on how to get my money back. Also the lady at the desk lied and said that we didn’t leave a call back number, that they would’ve called and let us know they didn’t have a vehicle for us, when I have an email that has my phone number on it. Why would you allow someone to rent a vehicle online and charge their card and not have any cars available. Very poor business. Will never use again

I have been getting a car booked via my company for the last few months. Weekly, the sales rep Shannon, constantly gives me an my counterparts issues and extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. This is a constant issue to the point we have been instructed to book on her days off or when she is not there. No other rep at MBS airport gives our company absolute horrible service but this employee to the point our sales is looking for business elsewhere. Very frustrating when the customer service sales rep at Budget/ Avis by the name of Shannon is extremely unprofessional.

I saw other reviews saying how the company wouldn’t honor their reservation but never imagined it would happen to me. No follow up email, texts, or calls. I get to the counter and am just told all the cars are sold out. Why take my reservation and why not inform me at all? Disgusting business practice

Very few vehicles available to begin with and the lack of selection makes it worse. Better off going to a store front if possible. Certain employess are really rude. They never offer upgrades because chances are they have anything good.
