Budget Car Rental

I didn’t want to leave any stars. But the truck I rented first off it was not a full tank of gas I always take pictures of pick up of gas and miles and drop off the same thing. On pickup the truck was so dirty and disgusting I can’t believe they rented it out, there were other peoples belongings still in the truck. I called the manager and she told me to bring the truck back around for it to be washed. During checkout they wanted to charge me for gas stating that when I picked the car up it was a full tank. (Pictures taken) clearly stated it wasn’t. Manager was nice enough to remove that. The customer service was ok I don’t know her name because she didn’t say it. But she was very nice and friendly. But the car was raggedy and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend telling someone to go there. These

What happened to Budget excellent clean cars? Picked up the car today to find out that it was Super Dirty. The interior had many stains and very dirty overall. Went back to the sales agent who said sorry I can’t help you unless you pay more and get a bigger car since we are short of cars today. I don’t blame the sales agent or the cleaning crew who had no idea what a clean car looks like. However, I highly blame Budget senior management for not properly train their sale agents or cleaning crew. Took me 45 minutes to clean the car to an acceptable level. It will be a while before I use Budget car rental again.

This location was not very centric to the customer experience. The address brings you to the train station, however the return for the car was through the light passed the address and there is no signage saying this. After parking the car in the lot, there are signs repeatedly stating not to leave the keys in the car but doesn’t tell you where to bring them. I went into the train station and thankfully found it. When I got to the Budget office, the doors were closed and I didn’t see anyone behind the desk so I went to the Entreprise office that shares the space with Budget to see if someone could help me there. I then saw someone behind the Budget desk and asked her about retuning my car to which she gave me a lot of attitude how I was in the wrong part of the office. She took the keys and

My experience with my first rental here was pretty smooth. Easy booking process, smooth pickup and seamless drop off. The staff was great and the car was really smooth. New Toyota Corolla and really well-maintained. All electronics were working just fine.

The customer service I received at Budget was very helpful and customer friendly. The process picking up the car was quick and easy. The cost was reasonable and the vehicles was excellent.,”brand new” I will come back for any future rental car needs. Thank you,
