Budget Truck Rental

I reserved a truck online. Two days before the day I was supposed to pick it up, Nathan, the manager of the place, called me and told me he has no idea why they allowed me to reserve a truck because they have ZERO trucks available. Keep in mind I needed to be out of my apartment by the weekend with no other option of getting my belongings. His only advice was to look at other rental places. I advised him that everywhere else was booked since it was a weekend rental and two days before I needed it. Again, he gave me ZERO OPTIONS OR ZERO HELP! I was extremely upset and overwhelmed. I was then simply hung up on. The next day I contacted Nathan at a different location and attempted to get his boss’s name and contact information. He gave me the name Javier Becerra and said he is located in Ch

Partially my fault for not reading the reviews before I rented a truck from this location. I rented a 12 ft box truck so I could pick up furniture I purchased from the Northside. I made the reservation mid-day the day prior, entered in my payment information online, and even received a confirmation number. When I arrived 5 minutes early at opening time before my reservation the lady said the truck was already accounted for would maybe be available the following day. She was unable to find another truck anywhere remotely close. She said they often have this issue and there is no way to know if they will actually have a truck available even if you receive confirmation. She acted like this was to be expected by customers. Horribly ran business!

Is there a way to give no stars? I have had absolutely nothing but issues with this location the two times I have used them. I cannot even begin to explain it all here. This would be the one time id gladly accept a call to discuss it. As long as its actually someone who would do something.

Oh how horrible this whole experience was. From the beginning I should have just canceled the reservation when I seen the van we rented. We had issues before I left the lot and we were told it the tire should be fine. I will not be renting from this company again.
