Budget Used Car Sales

This is my 6th time coming to Budget. It's always a pleasure knowing I'm known by name when I enter the lot. Every time, Walter and Alicia have always been very kind, honest and upfront throughout my buying process. No pressure or haggling. My boyfriend bought the lastest addition to the fleet (Lol) of vehicles we have purchased through Budget and we will not hesitate to do so again. Always a pleasure doing business with y'all.

You guys when I tell you that this was the best car buying experience that is an understatement!! Walter has been working with me for MONTHS super patient with me and didn’t pressure to get me in a car that day like most car salesmen would have, helped me pick a car that fit me and my little boys needs! Nesto and I have been car shopping for months and kept getting the run around. I have never heard of Budget Used Car Sales until Sunday March 1, 2026 when I was googling small car dealerships. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that immediately showed a P0299 turbo underboost code, which is a serious mechanical issue affecting drivability and engine performance. After bringing the car back and explaining everything, I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me. I returned to the dealership multiple times, spoke with different sales reps, and was given the runaround. No real solution. No accountability. No urgency. Just excuses. What made this even worse is that they were aware of the issue, yet still allowed the vehicle to be sold. When I asked for help, I was dismissed.
