Stopped by this auto parts shop today and got helped by Andrea and she did a great job. Super polite, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell she really care about learning and helping customers. Definitely appreciate the good service keep it up! Ask for Andrea !!

Fantastic customer service at this store!! I'm an inexperienced college student with an upcoming regular service appointment for my new vehicle, and wanted to know what to prepare for. Andrea took the time to show me how to read the service section of my owners manual and informed me that as part of my upcoming service, it's time to change my cabin air filter. She then found the correct filter (which they had readily available), and even showed me how to change it myself! If I ever need parts or wisdom in the future, I'm going to see Andrea at bumper to bumper!

I stopped by yesterday Friday February 27th 2025 needing a new blower motor in for my vehicle and Andrea went above and beyond to place an order and it was delivered to the store within a couple hours Andrea called me and said it was ready for pick up and she even helped me put my blower motor into my car. I highly recommended Andrea she's an amazing and very helpful.

The whole team is so polite and welcoming! Andrea was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right part that I needed. Definitely my new go to for parts!
