Ol Harold in the comments with his bad review is blowing that way out of context. He was upset because he didn't want to pay the core charge on the rack and pinon he bought. So if he wants to be blunt, he could at least be honest!. Bumper has always been very straight forward and honest. Always has been and always will be!!! Anywho.. Bumper to Bumper is the best parts store in Watertown... Best staff, best inventory, best knowledge... They can get anything and everything you need to get you back on the road!!! A++++

Worse service I had in town! Bumper to bumper screw me up! Send me to Madison for a cheap part price, I get there the part was two hundred dollars more, the wouldn't allow me to bring core parts back, sent me back to Madison! I called Madison, Madison call Watertown bumper to bumper and then I was able to get the service needed! This store I recommend no one to go here! Irresponsible and no communication skills! I had the worst service here!

Got some headlight bulbs here. Auto zone, oreillys, and Walmart where more expensive for the same ones. Saved about 7 to 12 bucks.

Don't get your engine rebuilt here. I took mine there and I was given this miraculous warranty and guarantee. I got about 40 miles on the car and the timing chain breaks. Turns out he installed the timing chain incorrectly and put a cheap timing chain set on after I told him to spare no expense. I would've literally been better off buying a crate engine and sticking it in my car, because it would've cost the same amount of money, and they might at least uphold their warranty, rather than try to blame his error on me. So I ended up having to pay for the replacement parts and do all the work myself with the engine in the car (which was no easy task since I couldn't drop the oil pan without pulling the engine). Spare yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
