Let me set the scene- It was a cold December night when a Kia Soul decided to pull out, in front of a very lifted F-150. Maybe Kia driver was overcome with joy singing Christmas tunes or maybe he wanted to take his Kia for a sweet jump. Whatever the reason, this started our relationship with Ryan and Danielle at Caliber. Right from the start Ryan was open and upfront about possible supply chain delays. We knew this could make repairs take longer than usual and we also knew this was NOT their fault. So be patient and be kind. Long story short….That Kia caused $26,000 in damage to our truck. New frame, new this, new that, back to the machine shop, and a recalibration or two later and we finally got our truck back in May. My experience here was excellent. Responsive customer service, great communication, always on time and thorough...arranging check in, initial vehicle inspection and estimating, scheduling, all of it. Updates throughout repair process were timely and thorough, whether email, text, or over the phone. They seamlessly handled all necessary correspondence with insurance as well as rental car, including arranging pick up and drop off. Everyone I met from Caliber was friendly, professional, and courteous. The work itself was perfect. Great experience, highly recommended.
