Being new to Watertown I was looking for someone I could trust to work on our vehicles. A friend recommended Zick’s to me and it’s been the best decision we’ve made. We’ve taken our 3 vehicles to them and the guys have been extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to any maintenance or issues we’ve run into. Called them today after at least 10 other shops told me they couldn't get me in until next week. It was a bit of an emergency and I needed the car fixed today. Zick's got my car in today, and even though they said it may be awhile before they got to it, it wasn't long at all. Very happy with their service, thanks for taking care of me!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. The techs are not only great at their job, but can break down their work in understandable layman terms. I've had unrealistically horrible luck with vehicles this week, and They continue to do great work at an awesome price.
