He said that he would not be there but Dylan would be and that Dylan is a great guy and is very knowledgeable about the jeep. Hayes auto is the best dealership I have purchased from. I knew what I wanted, I called Dylan at 9, came in at 10, and was out of there with the vehicle at 12. Every other dealership I have been to goes round and round for hours trying to upsell you and going back and forth with the manager while you sit there drinking bad coffee. Pam the finance manager had everything lined up quickly and got me a better than average market interest rate through a credit union. Very prompt very personable very professional and a great example for what the car purchase experience should be. I will be recommending my friends and family to purchase from Hayes.
