Burda's Heavy Duty Towing

I was introduced to Burda’s after being in the worst car accident of my life which totaled 3 cars, and I would rather go through it again before coming within 100 ft of this company. Although they require proof of insurance (in person) to release the car to insurance for claim they purposely failed to mention a legal dispute between my insurance company and burdas. After arranging for pick up I was notified days later no one from this insurance co. is allowed on the premises which all 5 employees I spoke to were completely aware of, which begs the question…why didn’t you mention this when I presented my proof of insurance day 1. Burdas then informs me I have to pay out of pocket and work with insurance for compensation. Fine, then they tell me if paying by credit card you have to pay in p

My tow truck driver Steve was super friendly and very professional. He came picked me and my car up, took me to my house, and did a great job while doing it. I would recommend Bruda’s tow company and Steve to anyone of my friends and family that would need those service. I would definitely use Burda’s Towing again!

OUTSTANDING company! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Lady who answered the phone was very helpful. Troy was on site within 30 minutes. Had the vehicle out in no time. He then followed us for awhile to make sure the vehicle was drivable. Which we ended up having to make a few stops along the way and he was there the whole time to stop traffic and get us to the next exit. Gave us pointers on what to do and stayed with us the whole time. He then follow us to the limit lines to make sure we were ok. Amazing company and staff. Can't say enough kind words.

Burda helped me with a flat tire. They came out in minutes, were very friendly and went an extra mile helping me. Couldn’t have been a better experience from a towing company! Highly recommend.

Austin at Burda’s did a fantastic job transporting our 1939 Chevy. A car like this takes attention to detail and care to load and unload and Austin hit it out of the park making sure to not hit the exhaust or grill. Thanks!
