Brought car in for oil change and Jake took all my information. They sent me a video of them explaining my undercarriage and all the items they checked and the condition at this time. They showed my tires that I have a lot of wear on them and explained I need to get knew ones. I was impressed that that they told me if my husband ( who also is a mechanic) finds tires to give them a call to see if they can match the price or even do a better deal. I love how they did not BS me and even were professional enough to work with me. Highly recommend them!

Amazing experience. From first contact through pick up after completion of the work, communication and professionalism were outstanding. The Service Advisor, Jesse, made the experience exceptional. I plan on returning the next time services are required.

Great service, courteous staff and wonderful waiting area with complementary coffee and snacks. The annual service work was also good, especially the video reporting of car service in progress.

I had a factory recall and Called ahead for a loaner car and BURDICK BMW was very very accommodating. I drove away in a 2025×3 wow they took care of The recall. They also washed and waxed my car at no charge. The service department has always been exceptional, but with this trip, I had wonderful success with Jake Yanchisin And also Scott Weldon… I had conversations with Kyle as well, and all calls were returned, punctually, and helpful

Excellent service as usual. Our BMW had an update required so we were provided with a loaner BMW. Always appreciate the car wash after the work is done. Had State inspection done as well.
