Mavis of Cicero is the best! I was going to book online. I had a few questions, so I called. The deal they worked out with me for 4 studded winter tires and studs added was amazing. The best price around. The reps were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of my vehicle and answered all my questions. I left the station with some NEW STUDDED SHOES! Thank you, Mavis!

These guys truly saved the day. We got a flat tire in the middle of a girls’ road trip and were worried it would be intimidating, expensive, or take forever to fix. It was none of those things. I had a 10 am appointment. When we called to confirm the day before, the person answering the phone had no idea what was going on. I showed up and my tires weren't there. I proceeded to wait 5 hours for them to finally be delivered from Liverpool around 3. I live 45 minutes away and I wasn't going to drive back and forth. I was then told it was going to be a couple hours before they were even finished because "there's a lot going on". Again, my appointment was at 10 am I had to find a ride home because I wasn't going to sit there for longer. Upon pick up, I asked if my tires were in the van and I was told yes. They were not, they were in the pile of tires outside. The technician was talking crap with an attitude about my previous tires and that they didn't put the right tires on my van.

My tire light came on in my vehicle and when I went to put air in my tires, I noticed the tire valve caps were rusted and I couldn’t remove them after multiple attempts including trying to remove them with a wrench. I called Mavis and they were able to get me in right away to replace the valve caps. The service from all of the staff was fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
