We had our vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision and couldn't be happier with the results. The workmanship was excellent, and our vehicle looks as good as new. Gary was polite, professional and very informative throughout the entire process. He kept us updated and took the time to answer any questions, which made the process stress-free. We truly appreciate the quality of work and outstanding customer service, and we would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of repairs.

I had the best experience at this location. Gary was super helpful and sweet. He treated me like his own daughter, I unfortunately had my car door handle broken off by someone trying to break in and just out of the kindness of his heart he made it so I could still get in through my drivers door!

Rocker panel on my 2023 Silverado was damaged. Caliber did an amazing job repairing and painting! It looks amazing. They kept me informed through out the process with my insurance and then during the repair. Great communication! Customer service was excellent!

I recently brought my car in to have work done. They were able to get me in the day after I submitted my claim. They were very prompt with reaching out and scheduling a time that worked for me. All staff I worked with were incredibly friendly. They had enterprise transfer me over to their location to get my rental which made it 10x easier. I was frequently updated regarding the status of my vehicle and when it was done, I couldn’t come get it right away and they did not rush me or anything. They allowed me to inspect my vehicle and have me updates on the service as well as what to do as far as washing it, parking it, etc. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone needing work done. I chose them despite being far from my home because they worked with Progressive and I’m so glad I did!

Had my car for a week when someone pushed a shopping cart into the side of it. They buffed out a scratch and cleaned and repainted and took out a dent in the door looks like brand new. Would recommend to anyone who needs somebody work them nicest people around.
