Came here for an estimate. The manager of the store gave me an estimate , This was for new back brakes and an oil change. He wrote me on an estimate for $631 and made me an appointment for the next day. I came the next day to Get the job done, and this manager of the store was not there. It was his day off. The other person had no knowledge of anything and didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all. Told me that his manager did not do what he was supposed to do correctly and gave me a wrong estimate , I said can you call him up? He’s the manager. This is the estimate I was given. You need to do the work for this price. He said no it’s his day off. He won’t answer the phone. Then had me wait there an hour to come back and give me a new estimate for $$980 for back brakes and an oil chang
If you need any tire work done on your car in Cicero stop looking because this is the place. 10/10 would recommend. Have been coming here for years they never disappoint and always get me in quick. And have a super clean lobby
On a day where things couldn’t get any worse, they did when I ended up with a flat tire coming home from work. I stopped by the nearest shop and was it a god send. These guys were quick to greet and acknowledge me even though there were other people waiting. Once Angel Cortes freed up, he took care of me like I never imagined. Seeing that I already had an extra tire, he got me out of there in less than ten minutes, excellent service, and did it all for free. Sometimes God sends his blessings, this time he sent an Angel. thank you guys!
It was a professional and friendly experience from making the appointment to the star inspection. All questions were answered and work done in a timely, clean fashion. Business is neat and professional and courteous for sure! Thank you
I needed a NYS inspection and they took me in right away, said it would be half hour to an hour-took maybe 25 minutes. Gentleman at the desk was very polite and helpful. The bathroom was the cleanest I’ve seen in a retailer! I’ve already recommended to a friend. A++
