Ernie's Towing

Had an unfortunate 2 tire blowout early morning on the way to work. I called and a nice lady answered the phone and was able to get someone dispatched to my location in under a 1/2 hour. The young man who towed my vehicle was professional and accommodating. He had my Jeep hooked in no time and allowed me to ride with him to my workplace (where car was towed to). 5 stars to all that helped!

Horrible company told me I had no access to anything in my vehicle. They told me I couldn’t see it. They told me I couldn’t take a picture of it. It was Christmas Eve and I was sent away with 1200 bill because of one of their tow trucks getting stuck a them having to use another one to pull it out. This was road conditions. And I still haven’t retrieved my belongings it’s been over five days. They have my work laptop, my work clothing and shoes in that car I just started over about two years ago and I will be there with the police today this is not ok… all I keep being asked is you have the title correct? Something is fishy if you ask me

Zachery was knowledgeable, kind and very patient. We had a great conversation on the way to the tire place and I just want to say that Ernies Towing is lucky to have him as an employee!

Used them for AAA probably quite a few times. Theyve always made everything easy. Like easier than you always expect a tow to go.

Driver was amazing. He was running behind so he actually called to let me know, and to tell me that since I wasn’t going with him for the tow, I could just go inside (car was being towed from my house) and leave the keys on the seat and he’d take care of it since it was late at night, and he’d only call me back if there were any issues. Sure enough, he came and grabbed it and towed it without me having to wait. I thought that was super awesome of him. But I always have a great experience with Ernie’s.
