Burt Brothers Tire & Service

I have been going to that shop for 10+ years and never had a bad experience. This time around it was totally differant. Techs stole a brand new flash light and left the empty box in the back, huge grease smears all over the out side of the truck. No washer fluid inside which is wierd and now my passenger door will not open. I am not sure what happened but wow, this is not okay.

I’m not normally someone who leaves reviews but Burt’s Brothers has gone above and beyond countless times so a review is well worth it. They are always friendly and helpful, and their service is quick and thorough. I have had my tires patched multiple times without cost. I would recommend them to anyone in search of quality service.

I have had work done several times at this location. They explain what they are seeing and possible causes. During repair if something else is going on they let me know. Great communication along the way. I also brought in a tire with a bolt in it. They fixed it quickly and when I went to pay, they said it’s a FREE service. This was not their tire but they did it for free anyway. Truly helpful and great to work with.

They are so kind and personable. We just showed up and they got me in. And finished up quickly, so happy with the friendly staff. Joe was great to talk with.
