I have been taking my vehicles to C & C Auto since 2018 and had always trusted their service. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Before purchasing my Honda Civic, I brought it to your shop for a pre-purchase inspection. I was told there were only four minor items to look into and that the rest of the vehicle was in good condition. Based on that information, I went ahead and bought the car. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered several serious issues that were never mentioned during the inspection. Both rear shock absorbers were leaking and had to be replaced. The rear driver-side brake caliper was not functioning properly, and the rear brakes, calipers, and rotors all needed replacement. None of these problems were brought to my attention.
