Visit 3 Another successful visit to Kaiser! Install on Camry Headlight Assemblies quick and affordable like always. Communication is top notch, Ben is the advisor I work with the most him and the rest of the staff are amazing, Technician/ Mechanic James was very helpful in a future project with the car! Visit 1&2 An absolute pleasure of an experience. Talented and skill staff. Effective and efficient front of house. I usually do most of my own work and haven't been to a shop since giving up on stealerships(dealerships) and I gotta say Kaiser has earned a customer! Fair pricing and communication is top tier! Their inspections are calculated and on spot just all around a great place to bring your vehicle! Been twice so far and both times were above expectations!

1-Star Review: Incomplete Repairs Leading to Immediate Breakdowns I had my 2018 VW Atlas towed to Kaiser Automotive North in La Porte, IN, in late December 2025 for overheating diagnosed as water pump failure. They handled the partial warranty approval and did the work, but right after pickup, the check engine light came on, warnings flashed, and it turned out to be auxiliary water pump issues, low coolant, and a major oil leak—things they should've caught during the initial repair. I paid $593 out-of-pocket, but the car became undrivable within miles. When I called, they said to bring it back (120 miles away in freezing weather—unsafe and impractical), and won't do anything else. This caused extra rental costs and stress. This is the second time I brought my car in for service. Both times I received excellent customer service. They really cared about my experience and went above and beyond to ensure that it was a good one. It was refreshing to not be upsold or spoken to in a condescending manner. I highly recommend

Can't say enough good things with my experience here. Water pump went out on my truck, had it towed there, and they had it done the next day. Very friendly, reasonable prices, and did a great job! Definitely would go back to them.

Before Kaiser Auto took over this location, I was a long-term customer of the previous owners and I am incredibly happy I have remained a customer. The entire team is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They always thoroughly explain what my vehicle needs. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve taken to them and I won’t go elsewhere. They have very fair prices and I will always recommend them.
