Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Valparaiso! The staff here are very friendly, and very professional! When I dropped my car off on November 3rd, I was given an estimated pick up date of the 21st, but they got it done super fast and I was able to pick it up on the 14th! I got text updates every Tuesday and Thursday so I was never left in the dark about anything. They also gave me a complete detail inside and out! My baby came back looking brand new!

Had significant damage to the rear panel of my car from a tire blowout. Caliber Collision (Tim specifically) did an excellent job getting this fixed without noticeable difference from when it came out of the factory. Another place I went to hadn’t touched it in six weeks. Caliber had it set up and was done within 10 days. Great price, professional staff. Highly recommend!

The whole process from start to finish was a breeze! Melissa at the front was very friendly and kept me up to date about where my truck was in the process. Was done on time, when they said it would be. Communicated to car rental company to get me a vehicle also so I just had to wait for them show up.
