C & M Truck & Trailer Repair

Replacement of suspension system on our 5th wheel as recommended by Jason. He came to the RV park we were staying at in Arley, AL. We ordered a spring suspension kit from e-trailer, had it delivered to the shop in Cullman, AL. They had us scheduled for a full day to replace the current suspension quickly and explained why two previous attempts for correcting broken leaf springs ended in yet another failed repair! Thank you to everyone, Jason, Dennis, Andy and office ladies for friendly service and supporting our safe travels! Towing the trailer is noticeably better!

Jason met us at a Cullman area RV park on a Saturday evening. Our dash and tail lights went out and we could not find a bad fuse. He was very friendly, solved our issue quickly (the ICC switch had come loose behind the dash) and showed us what to do if it happened again. He even took the time to show us some parts we should buy in advance of them going out as they are a common fail on our old RV model and hard to get. He found the cheapest place to get them online and texted me the URL so we could have them at the ready when they eventually go out. It will be a $140 insurance policy that could prevent a ruined trip in the future. Now I just have to remember to order them when we get home.

Wonderful customer service here! I was traveling back home from a road trip and took my motor home in for a check up. The engine light turned on and I wanted to make sure I'd be able to get home safely. Mr. Musgrove took it for a drive and did the diagnostic testing only to say he couldn't find anything wrong with it. I was expecting him to find something (anything) but he was honest and said his testing came back with no codes and it was running fine. I appreciated how fast and efficient our experience with C&M was. I highly recommend them!

Had my apu ac system vac'd out and charged to correct level. Got billed 370.00 some dollars. I was billed for 2.0 hours of labor @ 155.00 per hour. The ac vac and charger they were using was broke and would not pump oil into my ac system pump. If i hadnt been there and insisted my ac pump required oil they would have charged the system and sent me down the road as was. So then they located another machine and had to restart the vacuum process. I ended up paying for them using defective equipment and paid for them to do the job right. Any owner operator or small trucking company should be weary of this business. At the time i was paying my bill the 2.0 hr time was reached.
