Cahaba Collision did a FANTASTIC job repairing my truck! They made the entire process as easy as possible. They gave me an estimate that they hit nearly perfectly and came in a day ahead of schedule on finishing it. I worked with Brent and he took care of everything and made the entire process seamless and it made a very bad day a little easier knowing that he was going to make sure I was taken care of! Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous and they were great about communicating the status of everything. The repairs were superb and you would never know there was any damage at all. It looks as good as new! So cars only got 4000 miles on it Got tboned brought it here they had the car for 3 months said it was done we get there taillight is full of moisture , doors still aren’t lined up , illuminated door sill that says sportage still doesn’t turn on and wasn’t in place , door still had scratches on the bottom , rim was still curbed . So we left it there for another 2-3 weeks and get it back taillight is fixed, scratches are out of the door and the wheel is fixed that’s it .. Nothing lines up still , vents are full of sanding dust and buffing dust/powder smells horrible , car pulls to the right and vibrates/shakes at 70-85mph whole front skid plate is bent/scratched under the car, the b pillar is still pushed in , illuminated door sill still doesn’t turn on and work trim pieces aren’t glued/ fi

From the first moment I walked in the door for an estimate to the day I drove my freshly repaired and completed body work on my F150, Cahaba Collision Center staff members were professional and resourceful in getting my repairs started and in the right direction to getting back on the road. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place! Long story short, had front end damage to my car. Received a quote stating over $5500 worth of damage! The insurance wanted to total the car. I ended up finding another body shop which was in the insurance circle. After they tore the car back down, the damage was under $2900. They showed me pictures of things Cahaba said was damaged, that was actually still in good condition! This is a place that only cars about getting money and having the insurance company total out cars! Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place!

Cahaba Collision did a wonderful job on my truck. Was there for only 4 days and looks as good as new. They did a great job washing my truck before I picked it up. Also had great communication with Brent Cameron to keep me updated during the process. Couldn’t be more pleased.
