The Crossings at Riverchase

Lisa Tinney could not have been any nicer, welcoming and informative. Crossing at Riverchase was absolutely beautiful. Everyone we met was so friendly. The activities offered were abundant and the meal menus looked delicious. I would highly recommend this community for any loved ones.

Excellent Maintenance Team and Office Staff/ Team!!! I am incredibly impressed with the maintenance team or contractors, and office staff/ team. They are always prompt, professional, and courteous. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, they respond quickly and efficiently, ensuring that any issues are resolved in no time. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that everything is in perfect working order. Whether it’s a minor repair or a more significant issue, they handle it with expertise and care. Moreover, the team is always friendly and approachable, making it easy to communicate concerns. I looked at 8 or 9 places last year and walked into this place and knew it was right for my mom. I haven't been disappointed. It's modern, clean, friendly, the food is really good, the residents and staff are extremely nice. Their monthly special events are so well planned and well done. I was losing my mother over a year ago, but after she's been here a year she's back to being herself. She is rarely in her room and doesn't miss much. She has been in the Assisted Living side since January and they give her the assistance that she needs. You must go by and check it out for your loved one.

I am so happy that Mom is living at The Crossings at Riverchase. Everything has been so wonderful since the first day I contacted them. The staff is amazing and the residents are so friendly and welcomed my Mom with open arms. All of the activities that they have are top notch. I would definitely invite someone to visit here if they have a parent that is needing a place.

My visit was not anticipated by the staff at the Crossings so I got to see the facility and staff in the “natural state”. The facility is very nice and well maintained. Immaculate. More importantly the staff was friendly, interactive and welcoming. I was impressed with the level of staffing as well and the presence of maintenance staff. The residents were happy and engaged.
