Mavis Tires & Brakes

Stopped by the hardware store to pick up a couple things and left with a lag bolt in my rear tire. Ugh…Luckily, Roger was there to help us out! He and his team did an amazing job to get us back on the road. Great guys, great attitudes even so close to the end of the day. I’ll definitely be back for my next set of tires and brakes.

Mike and Don totally helped me out. Twice actually. On a Sunday Mike squeezed me in for 4 tires. It was the third shop I had asked that day. And he got me in a price I needed. Then I brought a trailer tire I didn’t know could be repaired and they squeezed me in again. Clean and easy to work with.

Had gone to a different location to get tires rotated and new TPMS sensors installed. Upon completion the tech was unable to get my vehicle to recognize the new sensors. Stopped by the Adena Lane location a few days later to see if they could resolve the issue. Both the manager and tech seemed genuinely happy to help and had the problem (sensors had been programmed to the wrong frequency) diagnosed and corrected quickly. Will definitely return to this location for future needs.

Fantastic service. I was in a pinch and took my van in for service. The Mavis team took care of everything right away with great customer service. My three kids were very appreciative

Arrived around 11:45 with a nail in my tire. Even though I went to a different Mavis location where I had made a reservation, they took me in immediately. The job took 30 minutes and I was driving out at 12:15. Staff was great and waiting room is pleasant and clean.
