We bought our 2026 Grand Highlander Platinum Max from Joel and couldn’t be happier! We had to reserve it and wait for it to arrive from the factory and Joel made that process very easy. I’ve never had a salesman as thorough as Joel! There are a lot of buttons in this SUV and he took the time to explain them all! When we buy another car we will ask for Joel for sure!
